LEVEL 1 — FOUNDATION

Learn to Find the Priority

Stop guessing what to work on. Learn to let the body reveal where to begin.

CRQH Level 1 gives you the foundation for identifying the priority stress and interference patterns a person's system is ready to address—bringing greater clarity, direction and confidence to every session.

You'll learn to:

Identify the body's priority healing stress

Harmonize nervous-system and survival patterns

Find emotional stress patterns associated with physical symptoms

Clear deeply held trauma, generational and epigenetic stress patterns

Level 2 takes you deeper into the patterns that can keep people repeating the same struggles—even after years of healing, therapy or personal-development work.

Level 4 is the culmination of the CRQH practitioner training pathway—where individual techniques become an integrated system for seeing the whole person.

You'll deepen your ability to recognize hidden relationships between seemingly unrelated physical, emotional, biochemical, structural and energetic patterns.

Advanced applications include:

Chronic and recurring pain patterns

Priority organ-gland relationships

Hidden referred stress patterns

HPA, HPT, vagal and neurohormonal pathways
